Summary: Without doubt, this was one of the best place we stayed in Switzerland. Starting from lobby / reception to restaurant staffs were extreamly cooperative and warm in receiving guests. The check in procedure is hassle free and the property is just facing the lake. Amazing stay we had during our visit.

Summary: The room is good but the check in experience is really bad. The staff at the check in counter is impolite and rude. He was not wearing a name tag and he almost broke our passports. He pressed our passports in 360 degree turn with “deadly force” and it was terrible. When he asked us to pay the city taxes, he just bang on the machine twice with his hand. I hope the hotel can do some training for the check-in counter staffs.

Summary: We've stayed here before and had a good experience, but our last trip was not great. It started with a lot of hassle during check-in. Staff was asking us to fill out a lot more information than usual, and tried to trick us into joining their rewards program. Room cleanliness left more to be desired, with a poop stain fully visible on a "clean" towel in the bathroom.

Summary: Rooms and beds were comfortable. Upgraded to a suite water view, but was disappointed, as it was limited, particularly for the cost. We faced the train tracks, which was the majority of our view, not a water view that we paid for as a costly suite upgrade.
